“Gasland” Tour Draws Huge Crowds, Lively Debate
Rooftop just got back from touring with Josh Fox’s Gasland . It opens tomorrow at the IFC Center, and if you value your non-flammable drinking water, you’ll go see it.

Given all that Rooftop does, it blows my mind that we’re able to pull it all off with such a small staff. Our people possess unbelievable ambition, dedication and skill, and we wouldn’t be anything like the organization you see without them.

On May 21, 2010, at the Rooftop romantic short films show Hopelessly Devoted, the opening band was Frances, and after they played, Rooftop Founder and Artistic Director Mark Elijah Rosenberg asked Stephanie Skaff, the singer/keyboard player, to marry him.
