Performer

Yo La Tengo / Mountain Movers

New Jersey institution Yo La Tengo have been critical darlings since shortly after their formation in 1984. Over four decades, they have continually experimented with new ideas— unafraid to reimagine their sound from record to record across their 16-album discography. A mainstay of the New York City rock scene, they come to SummerStage with nothing to prove, but also years of experience in pleasing crowds, whether with original fan-favorites or cover songs by request.
