I had the pleasure of interviewing filmmakers for all five nominated films in the past year including Morgan Neville (20 Feet From Stardom), Zachary Heinzerling with his subjects Noriko & Ushio Shinohara (Cutie and The Boxer), Rick Rowley (Dirty Wars), Joshua Oppenheimer (The Act of Killing), and Jehane Noujaim & Karim Amir (The Square).
