One of the most excitingly original shorts programs Rooftop has to offer this season, Trapped in the Machine is all about range – from the strange and mildly disturbing to the heartfelt and affecting, this bill has a little bit of everything for the adventurous viewer.

Rooftop Films does more than show movies—they’re building a community. To do that, we must engage and inspire by giving them an experience they’ve never had before. To make something that matters, Rooftop events must be unique, engaging and memorable; and Rooftop could not do that without the generous support of Industry City.

This season we will present 120 shorts in over a dozen programs curated to compliment the theme and spirit of the films.
