After months of touring festivals and screens around the country, the 2009 Filmmakers Fund Grantee Ian Cheney’s “The City Dark” has returned for its theatrical premiere at the IFC Center on January 18th.

The Rural Route Film Festival Returns to Queens with screenings and personal appearances at Museum of the Moving Image, plus special events at Brooklyn Grange Farm & Socrates Sculpture Park, co-presented by Rooftop Films.

Rooftop has partnered up with The Awesome Fest to bring Philadelphia an entire summer of completely FREE independent cinema. At Piazza at Schmidt’s, filmmakers, talent, and enthusiasts will come together for outdoor screenings of films direct from SXSW, Tribeca, and Sundance.
