In this episode of Filmwax Radio, the first segment includes a conversation with filmmakers Sam Buck and Danielle DiGiacomo who have made a new documentary, Best Kept Secret, about a Newark, NJ teacher struggling to prepare her students with autism to survive in the brutal world that awaits them once they graduate. The second segment includes the first of a two-part conversation with narrative filmmakers Bryan Wizemann and Andrew Semans. Bryan’s film, About Sunny, an indie drama starring Lauren Ambrose, is currently available on digital platforms and is being distributed by Oscilloscope. Man off his new album Whitecaps on The Hudson.
