Solar One in NYC is hosting a FREE screening of the best films shown at The Disposable Film Festival. Entering its 6th year and coming from California, DFF is excited to reach the East Coast with their best films from 2012. The Disposable Film Festival promotes the expansion of creativity through the medium of film and video. They encourage filmmakers to use whatever  they have to create moving images that tell stories! Associate Director, Kate Gillum, says: “We’re absolutely bursting at the seams with new programs and screenings based on the collection of interesting trends we are seeing in the submissions and other amazing disposable film online.”

DFF will be screening at Solar One on August 23, 2012 at 8:00pm. The event will take place at Solar One at Stuyvesant Cove, 23rd Street and East River, NYC.
