For those of you who are Rooftop old-timers, you might remember the strange and frantic short films of Matt Goldman. We screened his surreal breakdown of modern urban banality Perpetual Life of Jim Albers way back in 2003. Matt is now making his feature documentary debut, and it looks stunning. We’re particularly keen on this one, as a major component of the story is outdoor movie screenings in Africa. Help bring this film back to America on Kickstarter…

  1. Anne says:

This is confusing. Are the screenings taking place in all of the over 50 countries in Africa, or just in Kenya (as the tags and images suggest)? Surely it wouldn’t hurt to be a little more specific. It’s like referencing Europe when an event is taking place in Germany.
