Patrik Eklund is one of Sweden’s most talented and productive directors. He was born in 1978 in northern Sweden and made his directorial debut in 2002 with the award-winning film One Christmas Morning. His short films have screened and won awards at prestigious festivals like the Sundance Film Festival and the Cannes Film Festival. In 2010, Eklund was nominated for an Academy Award for Instead of Abracadabra. In 2012, he made his feature-length debut with the film Flicker.
