Told almost entirely through voice mail messages, "One year Lease" documents the travails of Brian, Thomas and Casper as they endure a year-long sentence with Rita the Cat-loving landlady.


CONTACT

Brian Bolster grew up in a suburb of Boston before attending and graduating from the film program at NYU's Tisch School of the Arts. His short documentary films have screened at the Slamdance Film Festival, DOC NYC, Tribeca Film Festival, and the Florida Film festival among others. HIs short documentary, The Lookout (2012), won the Big Sky Award at the Big Sky Documentary Film Festival in Missoula, Montana, and his most recent documentary, One Year Lease (2014) won Best Short Documentary at the Tribeca Film Festival.
