CONTACT

Hu Wei was born in Beijing, China, in 1983. He lives and works between Beijing and Paris. A filmmaker and visual artist, Wei has studied extensively in both arts in China and France, in particular at La Fémis, the national school of fine arts in Paris, and Le Fresnoy. Butter Lamp marks his directing debut.
